If you are experiencing issues with your RedSeal Java client for example tabs missing or tab not displaying content. Check the client computer logs to see if any of the required installation ports are being blocked

C:\Users\user1\redseal

open the most recent redseal_client_log. Search the logs for ports 443, 3825 and 3826. If any of these ports are foud associated with a communication error like this one;

[ERROR] [ageListenerContainer.ionUntilSuccessful | 1] - Could not refresh JMS Connection for destination 'com.redsealsys.srm.jms.general' - retrying in 5000 ms. Cause: Could not connect to broker URL: ssl://192.168.10.11:3826?socket.enabledCipherSuites=.....,&wireFormat.Reason: java.net.SocketException: Network is unreachable: connect

Ask the firewall or network team to allow traffic from the RedSeal appliance port to the client desktop port.
